    Monocrystalline silicon solar panel material is high pure monocrystalline silicon rod which purity is highly requested to be 99.9999%. In order to lower production cost, ground applied solar cell just use monocrystalline silicon rod which will be cut into sheet thickness of 0.3mm. Silicon sheet is processed to be raw silicon sheet by modeling, polishing, cleaning procedure.

    Silicon single sheet will be assembled to photovoltaic modules (solar panel) as required specifications, then form certain output voltage and current by manner of series connection or parallel connection, and finally sealed by using frame and sealing material. According to system design, photovoltaic modules can be different solar cell matrix. Currently, Photo-electro transition rate of single silicon solar cell is about 19%.
